After arriving at the family’s home you’ll begin your cooking class. Under the guidance of an experienced instructor, an expert in Indian cuisine, you’ll learn how cook at least 2 traditional Indian dishes that are based on seasonal ingredients.
Learn cooking tips and techniques as you prepare a scrumptious spread of Indian food. Dishes might include North Indian dal (simmered and pureed spiced legumes), potato curry, and other yummy Indian curries that are prepared with an array of spices.
